Like lospumas said, if you’re riding hard enough to lose fat, yer gonna stink. Bring a change of clothes everyday.
Any exercise can be helpful to weight loss, but its still a matter of fuel intake vs. fuel used. If you use more food/fuel/calories than you take in, then stored fat gets used to make up the difference.
Cycling can help to reduce body fat on a PROPORTIONATE level. It does not spot reduce or target one specific body area in that respect.
