Why is training with heart rate not recommended? I can’t afford a power
meter right now and have been getting EXCELLENT results using my Garmin’s
heart rate data for pacing and intervals

Awesome! Wish I had you to help me buy a bike. Hills and head winds is what
I get all the time. But when the wind is hitting me in the back I feel like
I could win the Tour ‘de France.

I’m trying to get more raw food as I can as part of my new diet that helps
me a lot in my cycling. I started this year and within 8 months I lost 20
kilos. Thanks to the big amount of raw food I’m taking. How many miles a
day you think would be good enough to keeping losing weight, even that
slowly, and improving the results? Thanks

You talk always about training specificity for overweight individuals. What
about cyclists who have the base miles in their legs? Like what
    intervals/hills do you recommend(pyramids, etc)?

we are not supposed to either meat either. it is survival food that we have
adapted. grains are better than meat because they have carbs which are the
main energy source for human. the true natural diet is fruits and
vegetables. fruits have carbs water vitamins minerals and fiber, vegetables
are good but they lack a lot of carb calories that humans need. meat is not
necessary in modern times and it is not nice. its like saying its ok to
cook the dog in your picture and that aint right.

Perfect video for a similar question I had, I’m a bit smaller than 130kg,
I’m 103kg. In two weeks I pick up the bike I ordered 3 weeks ago. Merida
TFS 300 29er and can finally start to ride like planned. What kind of slim
tires should I put on it? I’ll be largely on road, not off track at all.

Then I suppose you would happily eat that cute dog in your user profile
    picture?

Not really answering your question, just going to say this. Powermeters
measuer WHAT you are doing, HRM measures how you RESPOND to what you are
    doing.

I am a vegan cyclist as well and have a question… What are your thoughts
on the occasional peanut butter and jelly sandwhich with a cup of alomnd
milk? It’s just an old time favorite snack from when I was a kid:) I feel
the best when i have a massive mango/grape smoothie for breakfast and ride
in the afternoon. Don’t like riding on a very full stomache.

“fat gut” as you recommend to loose fat on the bike and came along this

comments, please! you can find it on youtube by searching: Nauli & uddiyana
