about cyclists who have the base miles in their legs? Like what
intervals/hills do you recommend(pyramids, etc)?

we are not supposed to either meat either. it is survival food that we have
adapted. grains are better than meat because they have carbs which are the
main energy source for human. the true natural diet is fruits and
vegetables. fruits have carbs water vitamins minerals and fiber, vegetables
are good but they lack a lot of carb calories that humans need. meat is not
necessary in modern times and it is not nice. its like saying its ok to
cook the dog in your picture and that aint right.
