To lose bodyfat you have to eat less calories than you need. It’s that
simple. If you can’t manage to eat less than you need do a shit load of
sport. You don’t need to maximize anything to lose weight, you need to
    start finally.

Is this kind of constant eating better for you than eating big meals?

I mean, you could eat 3 dates an hour and get your daily carb intake pretty
easily. Or you could eat two meals of 20 dates. What way is best?

Fat makes you fat, I can’t believe that in 21st century in 2nd decade
people still think that avocados are good for you. Dr mark Hyman is a
complete idiot. He says not to eat fish, but reccomends fish oil for omega
3, becouse omega 3 in plants are not stable. WHAT A MORON. His book, blood
sugar solution, is BS and he can’t even run a marathon. NOOB

Good message to recycle. And to just eat fruit instead of gels if possible.

Dates are so fucking delicious too! Thank you Earth for the delicious,
sweet plants! You’re the best! You know just what I need. Now let me take
care of you as well :)

hmmm, my doctor told me to avoid ketosis when I was pregnant, but she
didn’t tell me what to eat. Wish I would have known this.

SORRY i made a a mistake in my last post here. I’m a 89 kg guy 190 cm
tall.I do 8000 kilometers in my first year as a cyclist. Thanks to your
advices, I now eat fresh dates instead of gels every time I go riding back
her in copenhagen, Denmark. I’ve seen many of your videos, and i live 85 %
vegan by now, and i eat a lot of organic bananas. So many bananas that the
organic supermarked should send me a christmas card every christmas i
    gratitude.

Great advice as always Harley, however I found dates to be too sitcky, got
all over my hands and stuff in my pockets! Switched to dried figs and
they’re great! Just have to keep up the hydration, I’ve also started using
grape juice and cocunut water mix as my sports drink, carb and electrolyte
    heaven! CTFU!
