Great advice as always Harley, however I found dates to be too sitcky, got
all over my hands and stuff in my pockets! Switched to dried figs and
they’re great! Just have to keep up the hydration, I’ve also started using
grape juice and cocunut water mix as my sports drink, carb and electrolyte
australia is quite clean normally but if you see it pick it up:)
