    This is the right lube/rust protector for a bike I used T9 for several years with my last bike in Chicago. Lots of snow, salt, rain, and other yuckies. I used my bike as my primary means of transportation. At the end of those years (when my bike was finally stolen) my chain, crankshaft, and cassette were still gleaming silver and pristine, like when I bought them.     Excellent bike lube for all weather. Not sticky or oily like oily type products but it does pick up a bit of dust when riding on the dirt. Lasts considerably longer than wax or paraffin based products. Also lasts longer than the typical dry lube or teflon type lube. Best if applied several hours before, and then wiped after it has soaked into the chain and dried. Cleans up easily with a brush and does not leave the kind of residue that requires cleaning metal parts with solvent. As with any bike chain lube, clean your chain…
